If you are interested in keeping the chocolate, please do. Remove it from the fountain base by ladling it into a bowl. Do this while it is still melted or it will be too late once it hardens. We have to discard of all chocolate left in the machine and cannot re-use any of it for sanitary reasons.

Before we arrive buy four – 4 litre jugs of water and put them in the fridge. For cocktails put your alcohol in the freezer. Don’t worry alcohol won’t freeze.
Once we’ve prepared your first batch in the machine, refill the jugs with water and put them back in the fridge so you’re ready for round two. When the party is over fill up your empty jugs with the leftovers. If the machine is being used outside try to find a shaded area so it doesn’t have to work so hard keeping your drinks frozen.
Top up the mix in the machine with the supplied containers once the level gets down to about half. This way the machine will re-freeze the added mix quicker.
Be careful not to move the machine around once it is filled with mix. The hoppers may pop off and you will have quite a mess, not to mention fewer drinks.
